This luxurious family house was designed by [iD]studio as a complete architectural response to complex terrain conditions. Rather than adapting the house to limitations, the terrain itself was carefully reworked and stabilized, allowing the architecture to start cleanly—from the ground up.The design resolves level differences through precise spatial organization, resulting in fully leveled ceilings and clear vertical logic throughout the house. The lowest level accommodates parking and technical functions, seamlessly integrated with the terrain, following the pool area.  Above, the living spaces unfold as a calm, continuous family environment—bright, balanced, and generously proportioned.The house combines structural clarity with refined luxury, where materials, light, and proportion work together to create a home that feels grounded, elegant, and effortless. This is luxury defined not by excess, but by control, comfort, and architectural confidence.
